Please read the following terms carefully before opening an account, placing bets, using bonuses, or accessing any service on this platform. This document constitutes a legal agreement between you and winvip.

1 Introduction and Basis of Consent
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the winvip platform and all its services. When you create an account on winvip, log in, or use any feature of the site, every provision of these Terms automatically applies to you.
winvip is an online gaming and sports betting platform offering slots, live casino, cricket betting, and various other games. The platform is intended for personal entertainment only. For more details about winvip, read our About Us page.
2 Eligibility Requirements for Use
The following eligibility requirements must be met to use winvip's services:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from creating an account or placing any bet.
- You must be a valid, active individual and must register under your own identity.
- Your account is strictly for personal use; commercial or professional use is prohibited.
- Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts is a punishable offence.
- You must not have voluntarily self-excluded or restricted your account by any other means.
3 Account Registration and Security
When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete personal information — including your name, mobile number, email address, and date of birth. If any of these details change in the future, please notify the winvip support team immediately.
3.1 Password and Login Security
Keep your account password strictly confidential. Do not share your login details with any third party. You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
To ensure secure transactions, winvip may at any time request verification of your national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. If the requested documents are not submitted within the specified time, withdrawal access may be temporarily suspended.
3.3 Account Suspension and Cancellation
If, in winvip's judgement, an account appears to be involved in suspicious activity, winvip reserves the right to temporarily suspend that account for investigation or security purposes.
4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
Deposits and withdrawals on winvip must be made using the designated payment methods. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
4.1 Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200.
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
- Only deposits from payment accounts registered in your own name are accepted.
- Deposits from third-party bank accounts or mobile banking accounts are not permitted.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
winvip runs various bonus and promotional offers from time to time. The following general terms apply to the use of these offers:
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. This bonus is an incentive, not a free grant of funds. To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount must be met.
Example: Depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000. Before withdrawing, you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period and usage conditions, which are stated in the offer description.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless a particular offer expressly permits it.
- If you withdraw before meeting the bonus wagering requirements, the bonus will be cancelled.
- winvip reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or impose new conditions on any bonus at any time.
- Bonus benefits are for personal use only — any form of bonus abuse is strictly prohibited.
6 Betting Rules
The following rules apply when placing bets on winvip:
6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
- Whether bets are accepted after an event has started depends on the type of market in question.
- winvip reserves the right to cancel bets accepted due to a technical error or incorrect odds.
- Once a bet is confirmed, the user cannot cancel it themselves unless the cash-out feature is active.
- If a match or event is cancelled, the original stake for that bet will be refunded.
6.2 Special Provisions for Cricket Betting
For betting markets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches, the official results from the relevant cricket board are used to determine outcomes. In the event of any dispute, winvip's decision shall be final.
6.3 Multi Bets
Multi bets combining multiple selections are permitted. If any single selection is incorrect, the entire multi bet is void. Full returns are paid only when all selections are correct.
7 VIP Program
winvip's VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — from Bronze through to Diamond, the rates are up to 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, 0.8%, and 1.0% respectively.
Weekly cashback is calculated by applying the applicable rate to that week's net loss (total bets minus total winnings). Example: A Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week receives cashback = ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120.
- Cashback is credited to your account automatically each week.
- VIP tier changes are based on a user's activity and engagement on the platform.
- winvip reserves the right to modify or cancel the VIP Program terms at any time.
8 User Code of Conduct
All users must participate on the winvip platform in an honest and lawful manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Placing bets using software, bots, or any other automated method.
- Participating in any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a match or event.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
- Creating multiple accounts or concealing identity in order to obtain bonuses.
- Impersonating another user or attempting to access their account.
- Attempting unauthorised access to winvip's servers or systems.
If any of the above violations are detected, winvip will immediately close the account, forfeit deposited funds, and take legal action if necessary.
9 Privacy and Data Protection

- Personal data is not sold to third parties.
- Data is used solely for improving service quality, preventing fraud, and meeting regulatory requirements.
- Data may be shared with relevant authorities where required by law.
10 Limitation of Liability
winvip accepts no liability for the following:
- Loss of bets or games due to internet disconnection or technical faults.
- Exposure of account information due to the user's own negligence.
- Delays or failures by third-party payment services.
- Losses incurred through any site or service outside the platform.
winvip strives to maintain the highest standard of service, but apologises in advance for any temporary disruption caused by necessary technical maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
11 Account Closure and Termination
A user may request to close their account at any time. All valid balances should be withdrawn before doing so. Once an account is closed, that email address or mobile number cannot be used to register again unless winvip grants special permission.
winvip may also close an account for the following reasons: breach of terms, suspicion of fraud, provision of false information, or legal requirements.
12 Policy on Changes to Terms
winvip reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email address or mobile number. Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.
